Chris Passeri has been named Preconstruction Manager for The 91Pro of Companies’ Southeast Michigan office.
In his role, Passeri is responsible for all preconstruction phase activities for the construction and facilities management firm. These include estimating, value engineering, document review, scheduling and bidding, and award of contracts. He is also the day-to-day coordinator with the architects and engineers during the preconstruction phase of projects to ensure that they are designed within the established project budget.
Passeri has worked in the construction industry since 1996 and has extensive experience in projects in the automotive, chemical/petroleum, environmental, food/beverage, industrial/manufacturing, public utilities and steel manufacturing markets.
“Chris has a proven track record of successfully leading the preconstruction phase for numerous complex projects,” said RLG Vice President Brian Klatt, who oversees 91Pro’s operations in Southeast Michigan. “His expert preconstruction skills and knowledge will bring exceptional value to our customers.”
